Follow your owner's manual first — most modern cars need full-synthetic oil every 7,500–10,000 miles or 12 months. We also recommend a free 21-point inspection at every visit so small issues never become big ones. Severe conditions (short trips, towing, dusty roads) shorten every interval.
Our 21-point safety inspection is free with any paid service. A standalone 150-point pre-purchase inspection is $129 and includes photos plus a written report you can take anywhere — even to another seller.
Yes — Ford, Hyundai, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, Toyota and everything else, foreign and domestic. For Teslas and EVs we handle tires, alignment, brakes, cabin filters and 12V batteries; high-voltage battery pack work goes to the manufacturer.
Oil changes run about 30 minutes; brake jobs 1.5–2 hours; most same-day repairs are done within 4 hours. Bigger work (suspension overhauls, exhaust systems) may need a day — and that's exactly what our free shuttle and loaner cars are for.
Every repair carries a 24-month / 24,000-mile nationwide warranty on parts and labor, handed to you in writing. Batteries carry a 3-year free-replacement warranty. If our work fails within coverage, we fix it free.
Both, free. Our shuttle runs anywhere within 10 miles during business hours, and courtesy loaner cars are available for longer repairs (reserve one when you book — they go fast).
Absolutely — use our estimate form or the quick-estimate box on the home page. A service advisor replies with real numbers, usually within one business hour. Final pricing is always confirmed in writing before work begins.
